Owner and Tour Guide, Karin Belo, fell in love with the West Coast of South Africa and especially the Langebaan Lagoon. She has had a life-long interest in history and that was what brought her here because in a way this is where it all started for South Africa – long before Jan van Riebeeck!

” I just love the outdoor lifestyle and in particular hiking trails such as the Fish River Canyon, Dolphin Trail, and the Cape Biosphere Trails.  I have a passion for shipwrecks and have embarked on an open water diving course.  Nothing beats a mountain bike ride on all the beautiful trails here on the West Coast but my favourite remains the SAS Saldanha Nature Reserve especially during springtime when spectacular flowers are in bloom.

I am a qualified tour guide and owner/operator of Azul Coastal Tours and Transfers (Pty) Ltd which is a registered company.  I also have a Tour Operating licence. I prefer to keep my tours as a freelance guide small and intimate. It is my sincere intention to give you, my guest the same “Wow” experience that I had when I first came to the West Coast.
