All Advertisers agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. These are subject to change without notice.

These terms and conditions are applicable to all National Parks Africa Directory Listings (paid or free) that are provided directly to by National Parks Africa. on their Website Directories.

National Parks Africa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, refuse or remove a National Park Africa Listing or a part of a listing at any time for any reason and without being obliged to provide any reasons.

The Contract begins on the date that the application was made, however the Term of a National Parks Africa Listing, shall begin and end as per the Invoice. Usually a twelve (12) month period.

The National Parks Africa Listing will receive notice after the twelve (12) month period, on whether they would like to renew for another Term, renew charges apply. Usually this happens automatically.

It is the National Parks Africa Listings responsibility to provide accurate information to the relevant listings to be displayed on the Website Directories, either by emailing the information, or giving permission for the information to be taken directly from the National Parks Africa Listing’s own website. This includes images and logos.

If original text is required from the National Parks Africa Listing, it is their responsibility to provide this information, otherwise if preferred, National Parks Africa can write text for an additional charge, over and above the annual fee.

The amount that will be charged is based on the choice made and for the price stated as per the original correspondence between the relevant National Parks Africa and the National Parks Africa Directory Listing.

Payment by the National Parks Africa Directory Listing should be made within seven (7) days of invoicing and proof of payment emailing or faxing to the relevant Agent of National Parks Africa. If no payment is received within a thirty-day (30) period, interest will be charged on outstanding monies.

Advertising on National Parks Africa Website Directory includes a National Parks Africa Listing being advertised on all relevant websites pertaining to that Business or Organisation and owned by Cartmell & Cartmell Communications (Pty) Ltd. National Parks Africa cannot be held responsible for any misinformation that would have come from the Business or Organisation Listing’s own website.

It is the responsibility of a Business or Organisation Directory Listing to keep National Parks Africa informed of any changes in their business whilst in contract. In order for the most accurate information being displayed at all times.

Any complaints may be emailed to concierge@nationalparks.africa Each case will be looked at individually and a resolution will always be attempted, although not guaranteed.

By agreeing to have your Business or Organisation Listing on National Parks Africa Website Directories, you indemnify National Parks Africa against all claims, demands, proceedings and other liability arising wholly or partially, directly or indirectly from the publication of the material.

This Agreement may be terminated at any time in the Term period, however, no monies will be refunded once payment is made. If a Business or Organisation Listing wishes to terminate after a listing has been created, administration charges will apply.

Members of the public are solely responsible for their selection of business owners from the Website Directories and any arrangements made, financial or otherwise, are strictly between the business owner and the client. National Parks africa cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from such arrangements, or guarantee the quality of accommodation, activities or purchases made.
